Made by hand in Hawaii by Rope Dart instructor Michael. Rope length is cut-to-size in person according to your height. If ordering online, use the red line measurement in the pictures to determine your overall-length. Or you can email michael@litohipo.com and reference your order number with your height and I can do the rope-math for you to figure out your ideal starting length.

Materials:
All Darts use a 8mm Soft Natural Cotton Rope that has a great hand-feel while giving good feedback under tension. A ½ inch jacketed rope core tied with a constrictor knot made out of 2.2mm Dyneema (1000 lb Strength Cord) connects a 390 lb #8 Swivel to the 0.8 lb Natural Rubber Dart Head. The flag is tied to the Dart-Side of the swivel to help prevent tangling. Note that my setup is different than a traditional martial arts dart where the flag is 6- 10 inches lagging behind the dart.

It’s important to have a properly sized dart when first starting out! So measure accurately!
